Thumbs up Complete Nutrition... Good or bad...in 2019

Wondering thoughts / experiences on Complete Nutrition products - namely the "Maine Roast Protein Coffee" and "Prime Drive"?? My friends swears by the coffee product - just tried it and it actually tastes pretty good. I've been looking for something prior to my 5am workouts that provides both caffeine and protein.

Does anyone use this product and know how / where to find promos??

Coffee pre workout. Protein any other time of the day as long as you meet your daily macro/goal before the day is over.

You don't need protein before your workout or to time it at all. Just meet your macro when convenient and drink your coffee if that's what you want to do before working out.
