    Feel like **** plz

    So im 172cm and 79kg

    Im on 1800kcal 140g protein 165g carbs 60 fat

    I lost 1.5kg in one week so thats good

    But alot of it is water and i feel like ****.

    I dont feel sick but just exhausted. Like no energy.

    Is this normal? Im skinny fat

    Yep, that's normal for a ridiculously low calorie intake.

    Why not try a more moderate approach that you are likely to stick to longer term - and actually achieve worthwhile results?

    IME "skinny fat" people need to do more mass gain that fat loss. Post a picture for a better opinion.
