    19 year old strength standards?

I know at 19 everyone varies drastically. But I got 305 on bench today. I’m 6ft tall and weigh about 165. So I was just curious if that’s a good lift or not far off from average!

If you went from chest all the way up, I would feel very good about that. I am 23 and only just now got a 300 pound bench. I am a little taller than you, but also quite a bit heavier.

    Good job OP!
    Bench: 340
    Squat: 405
    Deadlift: 505
