Yo yo yo what's good merry Christmas bros.
Here are my transformation pics, first is 2014 66kg and 2nd is now end of 2019 80kg.
Let me know what you think I should do next. Bulk, cut, roids, stop lifting, kill myself, write a novel about being a shmuk, etc.
Oh I haven't done my intro so.
My name is Omar, I'm half Italian half Moroccan, no I'm not a Muslim and I don't give a **** about Morocco. I moved to England when I was 10, and now I'm 28 but I have been living in Japan for the past 4 years. I speak Italian, English and Japanese. Japanese food is good for gains.

Cool progress keep it up
Nice work for 5 years of progress. You can go which direction you would like to. IDK how tall you are. I am 5-10 so if i was 80 kg, I will look leaner and near in competition shape. However, you seem on track with myself from where I was after 4 years of training, however genetics play a role and most of my Uncle's are above 6-0 tall and mostly all are 200 pounds or more. Even my father who doesn't even lift weights has great calves due to walking on the treadmill 3 times a week. Keep working hard!
