Hey yall. I'm new to the forum.
I need some advice on hitting the upper chest. For a while I was doing incline bench and although I was continuously progressing (I think to over 180lbs from 135lbs) I didn't see much development.
Dexascan 3/4 of a year ago showed that I'm at 15% body fat and my home scale says I'm at 12%. I'm probably somewhere in between or on the high end of that range.
I plan dropping to below 12% and build all other muscle groups aside from the chest like my shoulders so that I look more proportional.
Here are some bloated pictures of my upper body. From picture number 2 you can really see how big and wide my chest is and how the upper portion pretty much looks concave.
Any tips or advice would be appreciated on 'fixing' my chest!!!!. NEED HELP!!!!
I'd like to report back in a couple months to show the progress.

if your triceps are strong enough I really like weighted dips while leaning forward. I find it hits the bottom like nothing else. It is the last thing I do on chest day and the burn and pump is intense.
Apologies I just reread the thread. Hit lots and lots of flys from many different angles and make sure that you do presses from different angles. Nothing special just hit the muscle hard, and from many angles and you will see a difference.
