    Post Help with weightloss

I am pretty familiar with how weightloss works but I'm having trouble with my journey. I am 6ft(183 cm) and 210 lbs(95 kgs). my goal is to reach 170 lbs. my current diet is 150 Protein-150 Carbs-60 Fat(grams). I work out 3-4 days a week (Weight lifting). for the past 3 weeks i have not lost a single pound. I've been counting ALL my calories and macros and i had ONE cheat meal and that day I compensated by lowering my dinner calories so it would be even. and yet I cant lose 1 pound. Please advise me with whatever you have in mind as it is very much appreciated.

How many calories are you taking in daily? And are you weighing everything and counting everything? Including butter or oil that you cook with. You would be surprised at how much you over estimate everything without a scale. Also are you running a deficit?

If you are not preparing the food yourself, you have no real idea how many calories you are eating. Eat less.

1000 Cal / day deficit would imply that 1) you lose almost 1 kg / week and 2) you feel hungry most of the time.
This is clearly not happening, so either your TDEE is overestimated or your intake is underestimated.
