    Animal m-stak and eating

    Hello Guys!

    I have a question about taking m-stak and eating.
    So i have a blind spot about taking m-stak pre workout and eating, what is the best version of it?
    I have red that maybe is a good choice of taking some full meal, then wait about an hour, take the m-stak, then go to the gym, but it would be much more effective if i consume some fast digestive stuff right before workout.

    So, what should i do?
