I stopped when Zyzz died in 2011. Seems like most people did too. I mean lots of people still go to the gym but hardly anyone cares about making gains and getting juicy. Now people just go to lose weight. No one cares about muscles anymore. I hear multiple girls saying they don't like guys with muscles because they are douchebags who are too into themselves. So why would I wanna keep lifting if it won't get me girls?

Lol @ being such a beta that you would remain weak for a woman's opinion and personal preference in something. If I can make it 3-4x per week I'm pretty happy but having a 5 month old baby and a business to run makes it low on my list of priorities... Gotta go at least 2x a week to still feel good cause lifting when you're constantly detrained feels like utter chit.

Still lifting. STarted keto the beginning of sept and have made some great progress. I'm absolutely kicking myself for the way i dropped weight toi get into the army in 2009-2010. I was only concerned with cutting weight so i pretty much only did cardio and got skinny fat ( and did cardio). Not i'm concentrating on weight training with not a whole lot of emphasis on cardio (mainly because i have really bad sciatica and my options are hella limited) but its still going very well.
