    6'5" 200 lbs in my 1st 6 months need some help

    So as the title says i'm still pretty new to this health and fitness stuff. I was 230 lbs when I started, I had some prior experience working out but my nutrition was terrible so my body fat % was pretty bad. Decided to really do it right and had some help with workout plan and meal plan. I got down to 200 lbs within 3 months. I definitely saw some muscle gains but I kept myself mostly in a cutting phase for another 3 months. I then realized that I really needed to bulk up and gain more muscle. So I've been bulking since the beginning of October and haven't gained any weight. I've gotten a bit stronger and I've noticed slight changes in the mirror too. I'm eating 500 calories more than my maintenance but still no weight gain. My job is pretty active and I'm in the gym 4-5 times a week with some cardio.


    Update: This morning i weighed in at 195. I'm gonna start eating a little more. I'm just worried that I'm gonna gain back a bunch more of unnecessary fat
