    Can non-stim preworkouts replace calories?

In 4 years I've never used a preworkout as my body handles caffeine poorly (major work-cancelling headaches during withdrawal). But during a cut motivation is scarce so I have a non-stim preworkout mix in the mail ahead of my next cut.

Normally I also have less motivation when trying to workout during a fast (I fast 10 hours during a cut, and even 4 hours during a lean bulk). So calories have been my "preworkout" that I also time my workout around. For anyone who takes a non-stim preworkout I'm curious if they're strong enough to replace calories or not for that initial motivaiton? If not, I suppose I could continue waiting until my feast window to workout.

Pre-workouts or any supplements are NOT food replacement.

A non-stim preworkout is a supplement which does NOT contain any caffeine, so you would have to be taking a nootropic to notice some changes in your motivation. If you're looking for a pump PWO I highly recommend PumpMode by EVL. I stack it with some Citrulline and Agmatine on the side.

    Err nope.
I heavily rely on a good playlist and some support from the community (workout partners, public speakers, etc...)
And if I still end up unmotivated when stepping into the gym, I stretch a bit and grasp ways to sharpen my mindset during this time
