    What do you mix your creatine mono with?

    I typically mix a scoop of a few grams in with a protein shake, but it doesnt seem to always dissolve the best with it. Was thinking of mixing with some orange juice or gatorade or something like that. Just looking for ideas, what do you guys use?

    It doesn't matter when or with what you take it with. Use the full 5g and you'll be fine if you miss a little bit of it.

    2-3 ounces of water for 5g of mono. I just drop it into a cup, give it a swirl or a quick stir and swallow it in one gulp. Fast and easy

    I have Kaged micronized creatine and it is an absolutely huge pain in the ass to mix with water, I believe I will do this from now on

    best method for mono IMO, half teaspoon might not be enough depending on dosing frequency and bodyweight
