    BS that weight gain/loss is 80 diet and 20 exercise!

    About a year and a half ago I started going to school pretty much full time,
    before that I had a full time job. I have kept the same diet (actually slightly better) but have gained 15 pounds. My job did have me walking and doing tasks all day, but now I’m pretty much on my ass studying. Also I have even increased a bit the days I workout but still gained weight.

    Just ranting here, it’s so hard to lose weight when you have to be on your ass studying so much!

    If you just mean weight loss by itself then it’s 100% diet. Went from 160lbs to 238lbs by the time I finished college, ate like chit and always studying. Afterwards got back down to 155-160lbs and maintaining.
