Like others said, eat more. Also make weight gain shakes if you have trouble eating the amount of calories you need.
Milk, vanilla whey, peanut butter, tablespoon of olive oil, handful of oats, (vanilla icecream optional), banana, blend it together and you have a peanut butter shake that's around 1000 calories.Cobra Kai never dies!
