    Flex. First off....awesome.

I'll offer some constructive criticism if I may. We all start to have our form break down at our upper range...so that is normal. But your form break MAY be a relatively easy fix. I have never seen you dead barefoot, but it allowed me to see a constant across the lifts.

Just past mid-shin, you are having a weight transfer issue. It is VERY small, but having the same BIG effect. You are having a tad bit of bar shift forward. One some of your lifts, your knees are coming in ahead of your back and that was fooling me...but it is definitely there.

If I were you, I would concentrate on rack pulls from mid shin....CONCENTRATING on exaggerating your rear heal weight transfer. I would go so far as to almost push to the point where your balls of your feet are floating. Maybe starting out 405, and work singles in the 495 range. Each time trying to push the weight transfer as far back as you can. So much so that sometimes at the top you have to correct forward so you dont fall back. Ride that razor edge of the rear tipping point.

If you look super close, you are having to correct back on almost every lift. Even 1/4" or 1/2" is a huge leverage disadvantage with that weight. Since lockout is you 'weak' area of the lift, try to give yourself the largest mechanical advantage you can.

You and I are polar opposites in the lift. I had to work the same problem (bar drift) with the bottom of my lift, which I did with deficits. You come off the ground so awesome and so much speed I think maximizing the leverages at the top will yield HUGE benefits.

For reference, when I fixed my small bar drift at the bottom of my lift, I added almost 30lbs to my deads over the period of only about 2 months. I dropped to working sub-90% (working up 70% to start.) Really trying to find my groove.

Regardless....strong as ever. Just trying to lend an eye. I spent a lot of time learning to watch my own form looking to improve my lifts.
