    Angry Bulking help...is this too much?

    Hi, so this is gonna be my very first time bulking, so I just did my own meal plan and my protein intake came out to 390g, now it was not my intentions for it to come out to that much I didn’t plan for it to be that high, can someone please give me some advice ? should I just have a go at it and see how I react to it?..ive seen people say some neg things about consuming too much protein....

    nutrition of my meal plan below

    I’m 6’1... 20’s
    4,970 calories
    395g protein
    590g of carbs
    28g of fiber
    216g of sugar
    116 g of fat
    42g of sat fat
    4g of poly fat
    5g of mono fat
    1g of trans fat
    555g of cholesterols
    6,630g of sodium
    2,420g of potassium

    One thing that sticks out to me:

    42g of saturated fat vs 9g of poly/mono.

    Saturated fat isn't as huge of a deal as once thought but mono and poly are very beneficial in terms of hormone production and inflammation help, respectively.

    Where did you get the idea for this plan?

    Any diet which recommends that much protein immediately raises my concern...

    And 28g of fiber on 5k calories? No....

    You need to start from square one again.
