    Bulk or Cut? 5'10 170lbs

    I've been out of the gym for a while and not eating all that great. Started back a couple of weeks ago and have been doing a 2000 cal cut to try and get this stomach fat off. I think I'm around 18-22% bf? would like to get down to 13ish%. I'm doing a 5 day PPL.

    Should I stick with cutting to about 160lbs or clean bulk?

    It looks like you have some mucles under the fat, you could go either way, depend if you can handle getting a little bit fatter during winter.

    seeing its winter id continue to lean bulk unless you dont want the extra fat you have enough muscle to cut.

    Id say cut definately, I think youd look pretty good if you loose 10-20 lbs of fat.
