For anyone who has ever ran this program and actual purchased the book can you look at my stats and tell me if this would be the right book for me to buy or if I should look into a different program completely.
Stats: 5'10 -165
1RM
- Bench 245
- Squat 185 ( I have tried running other programs but with how the weight moves up my form just breaks down
- deadlift 345
- OHP 115 I can hit 135 but my form seem to break a bunch on this.

I've run 531 and I like it but it isn't a high volume program. My favorite 531 variant is in "531 Forever." Look up the powerlifting challenge and be sure to utilize "joker sets" and "first set last set." It's a smart program, but I respond better to more volume than is prescribed in 531.
