So a little backstory, I’ve always been struggling with acne, constant fungal acne, comedones etc, so after a while it kind of killed my drive to go to the gym. Suprisingly, during this time my acne was clearing up but I was still depressed because I had alot of acne scars, after a while I was like you know what my acne is pretty clear now and my acne face is finally over, so I went to the gym and started lifting again pretty heavy, I then go after to wash my face and didn’t see anything different. Well 2-3 hours later I decided to wash my face and noticed a large underneath bump on my cheek that appeared amazingly a few hours after going to the gym after a hard workout. I also got another small cyst on the side of my cheek. Does anyone else think i’m getting cysts because of weightlifting? Acne and my scars have taken a huge toll on my mental health so I don’t want anything to make me go back to my old ways as I don’t want more scars.
Are you taking Biotin/b12 vitamins? If so, that might be the cause.
Also wash your hands after going to the gym and don't touch your face during the gym. Dumbbells are freaking dirty filled with germs.
