    Bad chest?

Hey guys. I started working out this April and I’ve been working as hard as I can. I’m 17 years old and weight 63kg.

I eat good. I have scrambled eggs in the morning with some bacon. Then I go workout at 11:30am or sometimes 1:15pm. I work out through Monday to Friday while on the weekend I have an active rest. After the workout I have a little snack usually protein bar and some fruit. After like two hours I have dinner, usually some chicken, sweet potatoes, peppers, spinach, salad and beans. Then I have a snack like an hour after usually some SKYR yoghurt.

For workout, I do callisthenics/body weight exercises. Lots of different pushup variations in order to get hypertrophy. Time under tension etc. I also do dips and use rings. My chest always feels pumped and good after a chest day. I also do my back on chest day (pull-ups). With my abs I work them daily, on some days harder than others dependent what I do on a certain day. I’m confident to say my core is extremely strong as i can do advanced exercises for it.

My problem is that my chest isn’t that defined and neither is my core. I don’t know if it’s just me but I just looks so weird like I had my chest stuck on me. With my abs I see progress but not as much as I would like. I would say my body fat is high but I really don’t know that’s why I’m making this post so you guys can help me improve. I work really hard and seeing what I’m seeing slightly makes me feel down, not demotivated.

Photos are on my body space.

Try to find a personal trainer to teach you? It needs some charge for that.
