What's your full body routine look like?

I've been going a P/P/L for about a year now, and looking to switch things up. I might go full body, somewhat like Leroy Colbert's routine but less volume. I love to deadlift, how do you program that into a full body?

Currently, I alternate between two workouts every other day. One is basically a squat/push/pull workout and the other is a hinge (k-bell swings-RDLs-deadlifts)/loaded carry workout.

It varies. But if you look up RTS training programming it will follow that for the most part

You don't have to do a 3 day full body. You can do a push/quad day & pull/ham day. Twice a week. Or any way you feel comfortable carving up the volume.

5/3/1 BBB version, doing the BBB lift on different days of the primary lift. So 5/3/1 bench monday, and BBB bench friday, as an example

That;s what I do full body with extra exercises to fit my needs.

    I really like it.
