Background story:
Just under six months ago I weighed over 305 lb. Using a modified version of the keto diet I was able to bring myself down to 220 lb which is where I sit today. I'm struggling with getting more muscle definition and at the same time removing fat from my torso area (chest and stomach)
I'm in the lower mainland of British Columbia but I'm also open to online trainers or anyone really who can help me hit my goals.
Goals:
Build muscle and have very noticable definition eapecially in the glamour muscles (arms, chest, back)
Reduce stomach fat
Have a well designed workout regimen and meal plan. Right now I just wing it.
I am now off Keto and am loving the carb life once again.
Any advice and help greatly appreciated but am looking for a consistent relationship with a PT who is capable of helping me hit the next levels of fitness
Im 6ft4 and 30 years old (for 6 more hours lol)
