just picked this up lol. got home and it was clumpy as **** right off the bat... not even close to expiry date btw (2022).
does it reduce efficacy or something? should i return it or just stop bitching and drink it up?
ive had supps get clumpy overtime but never right away.

Pre workouts with certain ingredients can clump from the beginning. They can be broken up with a fork or a coffee grinder etc. Their still effective but maybe weigh it. ANS is a good company, reach out to see what they can do or where you bought it.Originally Posted by exxtracool

Thanks guys. I wont be returning it, i was just worried that it wouldnt give the same performance but that doesnt aeem to be case.
Was in no way trying to bash ANS btw, if thats how i made it seem.

Ive been using ANS prophecy and not super impressed tbh. I was thinking it might be expired because it is a bit clumpy and seems not very potent but like you I realized it’s not even close to expired.

If my pres get clumpy I weigh then out on an electronic scale versus measuring from the scoop.

There is no excuse for pre workouts to be clumpy anymore especially ones that haven’t been opened yet. Break it up like people said and freeze it so it does not get worse.
