Protein intake bulking vs cutting
What's your ideal protein intake in grams when you're bulking? ( please also write your weight )
And does it change when you're cutting?

I never go below 2 gram per kg, bulking or cutting. While bulking I often end up much higher.

One gram per lb of bodyweight as a min. Protein intake is higher when bulking just from the extra calories.
