Soy lecithin vs phosphatidylserine/ choline vs choline bitartrate

Can someone explain the difference between this 3? Soy lecithin is cheap and easy to find even in the supermarket, the others are much more expensive. Could soy lecithin replace phosphatisylserine?

PS and phosphatidylcholine are present in soy lecithin so yes it could serve as a dietary source
