TBH given your existing understanding, I don't think they are any 'new' findings per se, more them sharing their interpretations and recommendations for using the existing research on the insulin model of obesity in practice, and how to avoid misunderstanding standing the research itself.Originally Posted by Mrpb

Good watch overall. Nothing really new to me though it did prompt me to go back to the literature on insulin's impact on appetite in lean vs obese.

Yeah the only truly 'new' thing I didn't know was about insulin's impact on appetite etc. But they offer some good comparisons in ways to think about insulin (ie - as a glucose regulator vs a 'storage' hormone)Originally Posted by Heisman2
