    Protein intake?

    Apologies if this has already been addressed somewhere. The nutrition stickies suggest to hit 0.7 (or 0.8?) grams of protein per lb of bodyweight when bulking and to go higher when cutting.

    I've always hit at least 1g per lb when bulking. So, how high would the minimum be for when I'm on a cut? Looking at about a 14 week slow cut, currently sitting at 90.75kg, 5ft 11" @ approx 19-20% bodyfat (Based on feedback from the bodyfat estimation thread).

    There are some differing opinions on this, but when cutting I usually make sure that I'm hitting 1-1.2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight (usually leaning more towards the 1.2)
