Hi everyone,
Well, I don't want to spend a ton of money (for example cans of tuna are remarkably expensive, and chicken breast isn't so cheap either). I'd like to go on a 1-month cut.
Could you suggest 10-20 meals (basically a meal plan) that I could use and not be hungry?
I eat quite a bit so I would like filler foods I can also eat such as salads with lettuce, etc.
If I get a good response I'll plan on trying to follow it exactly. I'm 5'10".

Thanks for everyone's responses.
I found this a very good starting point, it really gives me an idea of what to do. I do feel like I would need some neutral meals (like just lettuce or broccoli or something) because I can't just eat 3 times per day - I'd be way too hungry! But for the protein side that seems pretty solid.
The video is called meal prep but he mentions that you'd cook the eggs each day. What about the other meals - can you bake them ahead of time as he did, and put them in the fridge maybe in baggies? I don't think I'd want to eat something that's been sitting in the fridge for 5 days (freezer would be okay), so I don't see how you can prep/do all that cooking at one time. He doesn't mention freezing anything after preparing it.
Can someone give me a bit more info about this?
