Is my cutting diet okay ?

I am 21 years old and I eat 2000kcal a day ( losin 0.5 kg a week with this intake)

Breakfast : Myprotein brownie (27 gr of carbs and only 4 gr is sugar)
    150 gr milk (0.9 % fat)
    teaspoon of brown sugar
    coffee

    Lunch: Chicken breast 250 gr
    White rice 80gr
    Olive oil teaspoon

    Meals between : Banana
    250 gr of Cottage cheese

    Whey protein
    80 gr of Oats
    Apple

    Dinner : 4 rice crackers
    2-3 eggs
    Turkey ham 100 gr

Macros : 230 gr of carbs / 45-48 gr of fat / 175 gr of protein

I add some veggies now and then. Is this diet good for fat loss ? I know 80% of the diet should come from healthy stuff and I only add 5-6 gr of brown sugar in my coffee.

Posting a 1 day menu is not a "diet". As long as you get the majority of your calories food from whole food sources and eat the foods that fit your calorie/macro targets then you're good.

That being said, it looks pretty awful. For the life of me I dont know why everyone comes on here and posts the most boring, bland, foods they can possibly come up with and then ask us "how it looks". And people wonder why they fail at this...
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

I meant to eat like that for 8 weeks not for a day. What is wrong with the diet ? Isnt the majority from whole food sources?

Again, a 1 day menu is not a diet. Nobody can eat the same thing everyday for 8 weeks, and if you are then you really have no imagination and you're probably going to go crazy after a week.

Just eat a well balanced variety of foods, including 2-3 servings of vegetables PER DAY.
