    Rate My Program

It's just two different full body workouts, made up of my essential compound lifts and a couple isolations thrown in.
It might not look like much but this is is the program that built my physique over the course of 2 years.
Not only has it done me the most good, but it feels good and if I miss one day it's not a huge deal, since I'll always have worked out every body part within the past week.
Feel free to critique it and let me know if there's any improvements I could make.

    Full Body A
    Barbell Squat 3×8-12
    Weighted Chin Ups 3×8-12
    Barbell Bench Press 3×8-12
    One Arm DB Row 3×10-15
    Curl & Press 3×10-15

    Full Body B
    Barbell Squat 3×5-8
    Deadlift 3×5-8
    OH press 3×5-8
    Weighted Dips 3×5-8
    Barbell Curls 3×8-12

My schedule would look something like:
    Mon- A
    Tue- Rest
    Wed- B
    Thu- Rest
    Fri- A
    Sat-Rest
    Sun- B

I'd add more hamstring emphasis like a leg curl. Can't really criticize much based on your avatar pic.
I can tell time. Time cannot tell me.

Formerly LactoseTolerant. I'm not very imaginative.
