    The famous Zapo.

    https://www.chaosandpain.com/tips/ti...-muscle-beach/

He only ate 2 meals a day. No bulking, no deficit, just working out and eating. Simple and basic.

Give me old school training any day over modern day calorie counting, macro and scale obsession.

That is great for someone who has an understanding of nutrition and has a rough idea of what macros and their calorie target should be daily. What about those that don't?

If you want to keep it really simple just say eat fruit, vegetables and meat. Problem is no one does that. Without an understanding of where you are fawking up you really can't fix it. You take for granted that this forum represents the majority of the world. The truth is the things we take for granted like knowing how many calories a day it takes for us to maintain our weight, is definitely not the norm. Which is why a ton of people spend countless dollars on the next best weight loss scheme. They don't understand the basics.

Give me the calorie counting, macro tracking, and complete control over my diet approach over the "old school" way any day. With the apps for your phone for calorie tracking it has never been easier to do.

It is good that you have learned how to gain and lose weight. Without the basic understanding of why this "old school way" would work, you would be just as much in the dark as the general public. So be thankful for the education on basic nutrition that you have.

(All exercises done as a giant set, which he repeated 7 times)

    Decline Dumbell Press – x 10

    Cable Crossover – x 10

    Dips – x 10

    Push Ups – x 25

    Back

    Chins – 7 x 10

    Cable Rows – 7 x 10

    Behind the Neck Pull Downs – 7 x 10

    One Arm Reverse Cable Laterals – 7 x 10
this is interesting. So, basically it is 7 sets of 30 or 40 or 50-reps. Monstrous crossover between 10-set, GVT and high rep approach. Each giant set load the same muscle from different angles.
