    Does drinking a lot of water lower your handheld electric body fat % reading?

    Does anytime know what things I can do to lower my body fat percentage measurement on the handheld electric Fat Loss Monitor? Should I drink a lot of water and eat? Or is fasting and being dehydrated going to register a lower percentage on the handheld device? I’m in a fitness challenge bet and they’re measuring my Bodyfat percentage tomorrow @11:45am so any advice would be greatly appreciated!
