Anyone else ever had issues with sweating while being overweight?

Has anyone else that was overweight had any issues with sweating? It’s like i sweat so easily whether it’s going outside, being inside somewhere that’s not extremely cold, talking to other people, and just most of the time in general. The main issue for me is that it’s on my face. It’s so embarrassing when I’m at work or talking to someone and I’m sweating for no reason. Do you guys think it’s because I’m still overweight? I did read about facial hyperhidrosis, could it be that?

When I’m at home in the AC or in my car, I’m fine for the most part. Once I step out the car or if I feel the slightest heat or do any extra movements with my body the sweating immediately begins. I feel like this is ruining my social life as well.

So have any of you had this issue? Did it go away after losing weight? Any tips?

First of all, I definitely noticed being colder when I dropped my weight. So losing weight will certainly help. Second of all, I found that cardio helped with the heat hitting so fast. You do not need cardio to lose weight, but it really does help prevent loss of breath and overheating so quickly. I like C25k (couch to 5k). It has a nice progression and you can repeat any week you want. It starts you with intervals of walk and run. When it says "run", you can always just jog. Hope that helps.
Back at it again after being away from the forums for a few years. Was 280+ at the beginning of the year (290 on Dec 13, 2018).

    Define "overweight"...
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
