Hi!
So, I recently had a bodyscan which revealed that I have 15.6% bodyfat - I was told that I needed to increase my calorie intake to focus on building muscle, I have been doing this for about a week now (protein smoothies, fruits, veggies, white meat and the occasional few chips) but feel like I am getting more fat rather than muscle ? I do 2 F45 classes basically everyday and I just really cannot tell, I notice some gains in my biceps and arms but the stomach is what I am struggling with. I just want to tone up and see those abs while building some quality muscle mass.
I seemed leaner before and now am just noticing some "chunkiness" and am worried that I'm doing something wrong

Thanks for the help!!

isn't that F45 thing mostly cardio? why would you do two intense cardio sessions daily when your goal is to build muscle? you should get on a lifting program for that goal. as for the toning up part, the "toned" guys you see on instagram have a lot more muscle than you think. first you build muscle, then you cut and reveal the muscle definition underneath (= "tone up")

LOL - 1 week? Seriously?
I dont think you understand how long it takes to build muscle. Come back in 6-12 months and let us know how you've progressed. All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.
