    Training morning or afternoon

    Hey up my goal is to bulk up , but I don’t know which way would be better for bulking ?

    Wake up , eat , gym ,( work , eat all day) ,sleep

    Wake up , (work , Eat all day) , gym , last meal after gym, sleep

    it doesn't really matter. What ever time best fits your schedule and makes you consistently train hard. It's just down to preference

    Find a way that you're comfortable with and adapt with change if need be.

    I personally hold out on calories right now until about 2PM. Not IF, but just about 80-100 cals in the morning until my pre-workout meal, then gym it up for a bit and down a big protein shake and fried egg sandwich once I get home. I know protein timing is not exactly a thing these days, but I just feel good doing it anyways. Then after that I'll just eat in the evening/night until I reach my calorie target.
    I have a good joke about water retention. But I'm going to hold onto it for now.

    Everyones said it but whatever works for you.

    Personally I workout at 9pm, come home, have a shake, shower and bed whereas others cant sleep after a workout.
