    What to eat to gain weight and mass as a very skinny teen

    Hey
    i am 15 years old 175 cm but only 44 kg
    i hate the way i look and i don't know how to gain more weight i have been trying to workout and lift weights but i am still skinny
    i hate vegetables and i am very picky with food.
    i was wondering if you have any advice for me on how to gain weight and mass.

    English breakfast - eggs, sausages, black pudding, beans, tomato, mushrooms, ham, hashbrowns.
    And a glass of orange juice.

    Basically you need proteins for everything in the body.
    And water, fruits and veggies to utilize those proteins.

    There are dozens of different veggies around, and ways to eat them - from raw to cooked-to-death. Frome tasty and crunchy to mushy and tasteless.
    Add herbs and spices.

    Chinese three meat soup:
    Chicken, duck and pork ribs. The chinese add veggies to the soup, but take everything out before they serve the soup.


    Or you could blitz the soup and pass through a sieve.
    Like cook bones for hours to get all the proteins from rhe bones, the cartilage and the marrow. Add spices and veggies, then take everything out and drink.

    Take a hot broth and stir in an egg. This one is great in the cold season just after coming in with frozen hands


    If you just want to get fat, eat anything.
