    Can you see any results? 1 month cutting

    Hi, almost 4 weeks into my cut. Can you see any changes in my back?
    I know I can't see any on my stomach. I'm too biased to view this objectively.
    I've been on 1g/lb of protein and lifting. Some people say they can see results as soon as week one, but I'm pretty fat at around 25% body fat id say. I'm sorry for the low-quality pics, I tried to keep the lighting the exact same but it came out different.

    Different angles, but I can definitely see changes. I would get a tape measure and track that way too. How much have you lost? Anyone that can see a difference in 1 week is probably already pretty lean. Either that or the water weight came off fast and they are less bloated. I really only notice small visual changes after about 10 lbs. Even then it is only if I look at pictures.
    Back at it again after being away from the forums for a few years. Was 280+ at the beginning of the year (290 on Dec 13, 2018).

    Hey man thanks for taking the time to reply, I can't put a figure on the amount lost, mainly because I have a bad scales, the way I can tell if im in a caloric deficit is by my hands. they are always ice cold when cutting, strange, I know, lol. Been on about 2k cals and high protein.
    As far as the tape goes, I just use notches on my belts. I've dropped one notch but that could all be water weight which is why I put this on the forums for feedback. I always find calipers to be unreliable. Thanks for the input, you've given me motivation to continue pushing.
