If i simply tighten my stomach/tense the muscles, i don't see much upper abs definition.
However if i breathe out all my air and then flex, i get a really tight stomach and a clear 4 pack is visible.
The downside is, this deflates my entire upper body so my chest etc all looks extra small.
What's the proper way to show abs?
