    How to Put on Mass Correctly for Myself

    I am a 16 year old male. As of now, I am 5' 11", 138 pounds and around 9% percent. Last December I was over 150 lbs and around 17-18% body fat but I started running everyday and did some weights, but mostly just lost weight and didn't gain much muscle. For the last 2 months, I have been trying to gain mass, but I am very unsure of how to do so. A bit about my family: My dad is a marathon runner but drinks so doesn't have the best physique. My uncles and grandfather all have excess fat but are tall. Personally, I have no trouble losing or gaining weight so I am unsure on how to classify my body type. If you have any reccomendations, questions, or anything else, please let me know I just want to learn. Criticism is encouraged.
