I am a beginner in terms of lifting and am skinny and looking to put on muscle mass and had heard 5x5 stronglift is very effective for hypertrophy and strength. I currently do Push/Pull/Legs 6 days a week and was wondering if I could combine the both? For example a push exercise would be 50kg Bench press 5 reps and 5 sets.

What exactly are you thinking about doing? List the exercises, sets and reps for each day.
Mixing a PPL with Stronglifts sounds impossible. SL is a basic strength program, PPL is an intermediate/advanced hypertrophy template.
If you want to gain strength and size, just follow SL and eat to grow. In 6 months or so, do Madcow or find an Upper-Lower. You might never need a PPL 6 days a week. It's just too much volume for the average person to recover from, and recovery is one of the most important factors in consistently growing.Once upon a time (maxes 2020) ...
