    Deadlift Brace

Hello - Just wanted to know if anyone have seen this equipment around. I was unable to find any maker in the US.

Brandon Allen used to make the Vert Pull in the US, but last I checked he stopped making it. I wish he did, because I want one. Joe Kenn of the Carolina Panthers swears by it.

Mike Bartos has an attachment for his PR platform but the price is stupid high: $645 plus shipping. Granted there are other uses due to the pegs, etc but I can't see spending upwards of $800 or so after shipping.

Been toying with the idea of selling my Rogue DL Platform for this MB Platform as of late. The ability to do rack work and both band assisted and resisted work is really cool. Cost is high though, no question. I have to think very costly to ship as well.

I contacted Titan Fitness to see if they will make it. They said if they proceed with production it will take 9 months to see the product.

Find a welder/fabricator and it could probably be done to your specifications. It does not look complicated to make. 1/4" steel sheet, steel square tube, steel round tube/bar stock.

Could probably easily mod a sissy squat to make it work for both.

Why not use a chair or bench? Same thing without the cost.

    This

The Russians just use a bench. I've used the Vert Pull, and outside of being able to adjust up and down, not sure I see what the point of having one would be. In fact, years back when we first used it, I was trying to understand why they didn't make it able to do Sissy Squat as well because having this unit just for DL seemed like a vary narrow target market. It doesn't surprise me that they aren't making them anymore.
