    Starting creatine - loading phase or not?

    Curious to see what the general recommendation is: Should you load creatine or not? If so, how much?

    You load Creatine to peak at the level that is store in your muscles. The con is that your going to have to drink a consistent amount of water or you will start to get cramps and have problems.

    You can also take 5g everyday but will take a little longer.

    After that, you can reduce to taking 3g and have to maintain that amount of the rest of your days.
