What am I doing wrong here (squat video)

Positioned bar to where it felt comfortable
Doesn’t look too comfortable when I watched it back

You're leaning way to one side.
Not going down very far but you may need to work on mobility.
    You look sideways while descending.
I'd also work on straightening your wrists.
You'll need a squat rack sooner or later.

While you shouldn't be looking straight ahead, because that causes you to arch your back, it may help to squat in front of a mirror for a while to figure out how to stay even. The lean could also be a mobility issue. Try stretching your hips, hamstrings, and calves after every workout. And practice sitting/relaxing in the bottom position.
