thanks dude! haha gotta keep them in shape for moar mountains!
GMs felt great! It's that squatting motion that gets my low back & hip barking.
I'm 5'11"
When I was shredded back in the day, I was around 165. Shoulders, arms & chest all looking joocey right now, especially in a tight T shirt, but still got plenty of fat around my belly & waistline.

Seated OHP
120 x 5

nice improvement from the triples last week!
Reverse Band Bench
245 x 3
245 x 3
245 x 3
245 x 3
245 x 3
short rest breaks. These felt smooth
DB Lateral Raises

30s x 6
*drop set
22.5s x 6
*drop set
15s x 6
went a little heavier and tapered down a nice drop set. arms are gonna be hard to lift today
Thanks dude!
I saw some bear tracks late last December up pretty close to the ridge @ 3000' which surprised me: They're usually snoozing. I never bumped into the owner tho
When I hiked with my old man last September, he spotted a bear but I couldn't get eyes on it before it scurried off.PRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1

Woody now you have me curious what I would look like at 165 I feel like I need more muscle before I cut that hard. Anyway way to drag yourself out of bed and get it done! Way to finish off with the drop set anything higher reps on the those movements is a burner

Man you have been killing it lately.
10 miles of nature on Sunday, then a week of muscle abuse following it! 225x5 on bench and the 120x5x3 on seated press is a good solid improvement. Are you going to increase weight on those or keep trying to increase reps?
Also, I did not realize we were the same height. Not that it matters but just a surprise lol.You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

Thanks fella! drop sets are killer finishers, they bring the pain!
Thanks apeman! I'm gonna keep the same weight until I get 3 sets of 5 and then bump
That's badass! What trail did you take up the Moose? I want to do that one in the winter sometime.
Are you gonna make a run at Katahdin in Feb?PRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1

The plan is to hit Baxter peak (Katahdin), Hamlin, Coe, the Brothers and Fort while there. Approval and weather will be the determining factors.
We took Gorge brook up and carriage road down. Nice easy hike with great views. First time I ever felt the need to use my goggles though. My log ----> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169912553&p=1411140513&posted=1#post1411140513

Thanks my dude! early day indeed but sometimes you gotta do it!
Same route I took! surprised how easy and gentle the ascent was considering it's almost a 5000' mountain. I can see that being hell in the wind- that whole summit area is like a giant meadow.
Best of luck, I expect to see pictures! I hear that one is a b!tch in winterPRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1

Wednesday 1.20.2021: Shoulders
Weights felt heavy today but I'm happy with how the session went.
Seated OHP
125 x 3
125 x 3
125 x 3
105 x 5
even warmups felt heavy. After how tough the very first rep of 125 was, I'm stoked to actually get three triples
Reverse Band Bench
255 x 3
255 x 3
255 x 3
heavy but feels good
Lateral raises
22.5s x 10
30s x 6
22.5 s x10
10s x 10
5s x 10
worked up to 30s then drop setted all the way down to just holding a 5# plate in each hand. could barely lift arms hah
Thanks fella! The hike will depend on the higher summit weather forecast. I've got a couple treks in mind: one is 11-12 miles, another is 13, but we'll see. If it's going to be high winds, I'm going to stay off of any extended stretches above treeline.
Hell yea! I'm stoked for you!PRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1
