    not a bad sesh this morning! lower back was stiff so I did a good stretch before hitting the weight room. No issues getting through the workout.

    Monday 10.11.2021: Push

    Took the end of last week off. Lower back has been barking at me a bit so I didn't want to push my bonus session on Friday / Saturday.

    Did a short (flat) hike Sunday through the woods. nothing challenging, but nice to work some blood into the legs and step over rocks & roots.

    Decent push sesh today. Bumped reps on my accessory work wayyy up hence the lower weights

    Tuesday 10.12.2021: (Legs)

    Back still iffy so I didnt' want weight on my shoulders. banged out 10-15 min on my climber instead. Lungs did great and legs got a nice pump

    Wednesday 10.13.2021: Pull

    kept with the high rep scheme. Pumps were fantastic. Not exactly cardio work, but it does help with conditioning vs 5 rep sets.

    limited hotel gym but smashed a quick full body. Went down there in my pajamas and knocked one out.

    Back to a normal week? Maybe? Hopefully?

    I wasn't gone for long, but man it throw my whole schedule and state of mind of last week.
    Had a relaxing weekend, stayed sober, got some rest.

    *5 wasn't happeneing on the second set (had 4 but would have been a grinder) Knocked out some trips and called it

    Upper body had a sick pump after this. between that and the abs popping more and more every week, I was happy with the mirror

    bangin sesh this morning. could barely walk up the stairs after.

    Got brave and knocked out some regular back squats. No issues with the repaired hernia, so I'll test the waters a little further next time

    luckily the ab wheel hasn't been an issue yet! I only seem to feel it when I'm standing up from being bent over to pick something up or up from a squat position.

    Thursday 10.28.2021: Pull

    holy sh!t, I pulled some deadlifts from the floor today. first time in years! no pain or discomfort whatsoever. bonar achieved

    Went through this session with break neck pace, rest periods were super short. Saw a dropoff in reps on the later sets, but everything got worked nicely and it pushes my endurance & stamina for next time.

    OH CG Lat Pulldown
    90 x 10 (x3 sets)
    *quick warmup

    Deadlifts
    135 x 5 (x3 sets)
    *easy weight, dipping my toe in the water

    DB Rows
    42.5 x 20
