    Tuesday 10.5.2021: Legs

    not a bad sesh this morning! lower back was stiff so I did a good stretch before hitting the weight room. No issues getting through the workout.

    Woke up an hour before my alarm and started thinking about lifting lol
    guess the motivation was on point

    Monday 10.11.2021: Push

    Took the end of last week off. Lower back has been barking at me a bit so I didn't want to push my bonus session on Friday / Saturday.

    Did a short (flat) hike Sunday through the woods. nothing challenging, but nice to work some blood into the legs and step over rocks & roots.

    Decent push sesh today. Bumped reps on my accessory work wayyy up hence the lower weights

    Tuesday 10.12.2021: (Legs)

    Back still iffy so I didnt' want weight on my shoulders. banged out 10-15 min on my climber instead. Lungs did great and legs got a nice pump

    Wednesday 10.13.2021: Pull

    kept with the high rep scheme. Pumps were fantastic. Not exactly cardio work, but it does help with conditioning vs 5 rep sets.
