    Just getting serious, female, cut or bulk?

    Hi all,

    I’ve lifted off and on but never really seen the results I’m looking for. I’m 171 cm, typically around 55-56 kg. I’ve done a 6 week program before and got down to 53kg, but with very little muscle or ab definition.

    Been trying to bulk for past month and I’m at 58 kg now, but feels like I’ve just put on fat, although I am hitting PRs so I know there must be muscle.

    So, do I keep bulking? If so, for how much longer/when do i stop? Or should I cut? To what?

    no pics no answers bih, also at 170 cm you sound pretty heavy
