Question Why does my whole body hurt

Why does my body hurt after an intense evening of yoga and stretching?

It hurts while moving in one direction and after getting used to it it hurts moving in the other direction. Why is that?

Should I move more or rest more?

"yoga and stretching" is an anagram of "he got a sting and cry"
There's a lesson there for everyone!
