    Question Help

I’ve been coming to the gym for about a year now. Since I’ve started I feel like I’ve made a lot of progress. I started off weighing in at about 110 and now I’m at 135 (I’m 23, i’ve been scrawny my entire life.) But these past few months it feels like I haven’t been making any progress. I’ve been stuck at the same weight for a while now and I can’t go up. Sometimes feels like I’m even getting weaker and it’s making me lose my motivation. I was taking the dymatize protein whey and mass gainer, but haven’t been taking them as much anymore as I used to. I stopped taking the whey completely since it does make me have breakouts for some reason. I’m not sure if it’s because I haven’t been taking them as I used to that I haven’t progressed or if it’s because of something else. Any help on what I should do is appreciated.

The dymatize protein provided additional calories, which you've cut out. Replace them with real food and you should be back on track to gain weight.
