    OMAD + keto meal?

Been on IF a while decided to switch it up to OMAD + Keto for health and energy benefits also time convenience due to hectic schedule.

Go and lift at 6pm eat at 8:30 pm (OMAD).

    My current meal:

1 scoop creatine post workout (break fast with this)

6 whole eggs + cayenne pepper sour cream

1 boiled chicken breast/1 cut of beef

raw spinach/lettuce/cherry tomato salad (mixed alternate days) with olive oil and apple cider

    3 fish oil tablets

    1 multivitamin tablet + 1 vitamin C 1000mg tablet

fruit (2 apples/2 grapefruits or other berries depending on the day)

Is this alright to hit daily protein growth to support muscle gains and will it cover all nutritional needs? Are they any changes I should make to the diet? Thanks guys.

Intermittent fasting has no proven health benefits over normal calorie restriction in healthy people. IF has been shown to decrease testosterone levels and 24h MPS.

Keto is probably suboptimal for health.

High dosage vitamin C suppresses hypertrophy.

Support muscle gains? Cover all nutritional needs? So yeah - **** NO.

You have time. You absolutely have time for 3 meals a day.

If you're going for muscle gains, why are you only eating once a day and focusing on a ketogenic diet?

just testing things around. ill give it 15-20 more days than ill go to normal thing until i try to test something else again.
The thing is i dont trust hype online so i have to test it on my own to be sure that something is good or bad. obviously im not going to do everything but some diets interests me and i want to try them out, same with working out for example.

And how do you control for extraneous variables when you are n = 1 testing it?

There's already far better testing been done on all these diets

true but i care only how it works for me dont care how 1000 ppl did it and felt while they were on it as i cant say if it really works if i dont test it on myself. im talking about any diet not just OMAD in particular. i did 6/5/4/3/2 meals a day i did keto i did vegan (dem farts from beans and oats), carnivore, 16:8, omad carnivore, omad keto. i gave them all equal chance.

My point is you can't even reliably say if it works for you or not with no control to test it against.

Also it's weird to think that if 998 out of 1000 got certain results you wouldn't care...
I take it you use no modern medicine at all since that's all thoroughly tested

Testing for what purpose? For sticking to a diet consistently? What other goal? Health? Performance?

For bodybuilding/fitness/health purposes (what this site is primarily about) this is not optimal.
