Can I already afford a cut? Or still too skelly? [10 months bulk]

I started my bulking journey 10 months ago, and gained 28lb in the meanwhile. Went from 152lb to 180lb (Im 6.1ft)/(21yo)

    Lifting stats:

    - Deadlift: 320lb
    - Squat: 174lb (worst lift by far, didnt know how to squat so ... long story short never squated until recently)
    - Bench: 200lb
    - OHP: 135lb

I started with Fierce 5, and then switched to phul (4 days) , and Ive been following it for 3 months so far. I dont see any improvement in my upper body honestly but im filling better some clothes, so there must be some, but my legs have grown massively and I had to buy new pants 2 times.

My arms finally started to grow after I started hitting them 4 times a week, otherwise they were (still are ) small as ****.

So... is it worth doing a cut? Im sick of bulking honestly, and I reckon that I will have to cut at least for 2 months, and it would leave me really small, i guess i would need to get to 165lb to be at around 10%.

I would like to keep bulking, but im honestly tired as ****, my stomach fat is "big" at this point, and after march my schedule will be way busier so im not sure how will I lift consistently, thats why I want to get there ripped.

I never managed to have abs, but been hitting them hard for the last 2 months, I wonder if this time there will be any resemblance of them...

First of all, a guy who can not squat 220lb is still classified as a begginer. You definitely gained on arms and shoulders. I would suggest you to do StrongLifts 5x5, Canditos Linear Program, or any other full body workout, just to up your squat and other lifts, i think you shouldn't cut because you won't like your body after it, trust me. I would lean bulk btw.
